Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Central

Larceny -- Someone stole a Sony entertainment center, three video games and a Hecht's gift card from a car parked in the first block of E. Lanvale St. between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The items were valued at $1,390.

Western

Stabbing -- A 45-year-old man was stabbed in the 2000 block of W. North Ave. about 8:25 p.m. Monday by a man who fled. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.

Robbery -- A 16-year-old girl was robbed at gunpoint of her cell phone and a purse containing $5 about 6:50 a.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of Mondawmin Mall. The robber, described as a man between 30 and 40 years old, said, "Gimme the money," and fled on foot.

Burglary -- Someone stole a Dell desktop computer and 40 cans of baby formula from an office of the federal WIC nutrition program in the 1600 block of Carey St. between Thursday and Monday. Police said it appeared the thief used a key to enter the building. The items were valued at $1,400.

Stolen car -- A red 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis was reported stolen from the 1800 block of Whitmore Ave. on Monday night.

Eastern

Burglary -- A 1974 Harley-Davidson motorcycle and 1971 Chevrolet Corvette were among an estimated $22,000 worth of property reported stolen from Crow's Auto Body and Fender in the 1300 block of Darley Ave. between Aug. 30 and Sunday. A witness told police that during the two weeks a U-Haul truck was at the shop. Also missing were a tire-changing machine, a dolly, a heat lamp system to cure paint, tools, a tool box and a diagnostic computer.

Burglary -- A wet/dry vacuum and tools were taken from a home under renovation in the 1500 block of N. Washington St. - apparently over the weekend - by a thief who entered though a rear door. The items were valued at $238.

Theft -- A handicap placard was stolen from a parked 1999 Nissan Maxima in the 2100 block of McElderry St. on Monday afternoon by someone who broke a passenger window.

Baltimore County

Franklin

Burglary -- A laptop computer and a ring were stolen from a home in the 100 block of Willow Bend Drive about 5:20 p.m. Monday.

Robbery -- A man was robbed of his cell phone and $60 in the 11100 block of Reisterstown Road about 8:35 p.m. Sunday.

Towson

Robbery -- Three men, one with a gun, approached two people on Wentworth Avenue and robbed them of $6 about 1:35 a.m. Monday. The gunman fired two shots into the air before the trio fled in a light-colored vehicle.
