Notable --On Jumping Flea, Vox only played ukulele. She sent her recordings to producers in Los Angeles, who added vibraphone, melodica and cello.

Quotable --"It was interesting stepping back from the project and not really controlling too much the direction it was going in, " Vox said. "They hear things that I don't necessarily hear, and they heard maybe something better than what's in my head. I just gave them the raw goods."
