County Council -- The Baltimore County Council will meet for a work session at 2 p.m. on the second floor at the County Court House, 400 Washington Ave., Towson. 410-887-3196.

Plan conference -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a development plan conference at 9 a.m. in Room 123 of the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson. Development review -- The Department of Permits and Development Management's Development Review Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. in Room 123, County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson. The requests are: install one antenna on an existing tower and an equipment cabinet on the ground, at 11111 Park Heights Ave.; development refinement to divide Lot 33, 5626 Forge Road, into three lots; raze the existing building and construct a new one at 1512-1514 Reisterstown Road; install four antennas on an existing tower and an equipment cabinet on the ground at 2038 Powers Lane. 410-887-3353.
