On September 6, 2006, Kay Quinn (nee Morley); devoted mother of Dawn M. Thiess and her husband Mark; loving daughter of the late Robertine and William Morley; dear sister of Dr. Thomas Morley and his wife Charlotte, Robert Morley and his wife Jacqui. She was a marine, teacher, nurse and massage therapist, but these titles do not say enough. Brave in the face of her disease, she worked hard to bring comfort and enlightenment to those also afflicted. She touched many lives throughout her chosen occupations, viewing life on the whole as a positive experience. She epitomized "free spirit" and always made sure to nourish the "gypsy" within her soul. Those she leaves behind are grateful to have known and loved her. Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A., 1407 Old Eastern Ave., Essex at Rte 702 (beltway exit 36) on Saturday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Funeral service on Saturday 8:30 P.M. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials in her name to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718 will be appreciated.
