What do you enjoy most about volleyball?

I love the whole idea of the team - having players there with you, having to work together as a team. And the competition is always fun.

How did volleyball set itself apart from the other sports (basketball and softball) you played growing up? I felt much more confident from volleyball, and it was more fun for me to play than the others. I wasn't very good at basketball, and softball wasn't the most exciting sport. I just fell in love with volleyball when I first started playing.

What is the best thing about the tradition of Centennial volleyball? It is a very great tradition, and it's one that every team feels that they need to live up to, so that gives us the drive to keep the strong tradition going.

What is the feeling like when you get an ideal set and slam it down for a big kill? It's a huge rush. Just knowing that you got a great set and you're going to be able to get a good sting on it. The adrenaline is like, "Oh yeah, here we go."

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why? Anywhere in the world? Hmm ... I've always wanted to go to Greece because every time I see a photo or in movies, it always looks so pretty and I've always wanted to go there.

What was the best part of your summer? My Girl Scout troop took a trip to Paris and Barcelona. Seeing the Eiffel Tower and going to the Louvre in Paris was awesome.

What kind of music do you enjoy? I like all kinds of music. I like country and easy-listening stuff. My favorite band is O.A.R.
