Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore Northeastern

Robbery try/shootings -- Two men, one 23 and the other 20, were riding bicycles in the 4800 block of Belair Road about 9:30 p.m. Sunday when a gunman demanded their money. For no apparent reason, the gunman shot both men - one in the stomach, the other in the left leg - before fleeing. The victims were taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where one was reported in critical condition and the other in good condition.

Southeastern

Arrest -- Delvon Dyson, 20, was arrested early Sunday a block from his home in the 1400 block of Gusryan St. by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with attempted murder and a handgun offense. Dyson is accused of shooting Antonio Williams, 21, in the 6200 block of Fortview Way on June 22.

Central

Robbery -- A 40-year-old man was walking in the 700 block of W. North Ave., near Jenkins Alley, about 6 a.m. Sunday when he was attacked from behind by another man who placed a metal pipe across his neck and began choking him. While the victim struggled, the attacker's female accomplice took a watch, a gold ring with diamonds and $230.

Robbery -- Police were seeking two men who attacked a 29-year-old man in the first block of South St. about 1 a.m. Sunday and robbed him of a cell phone and cash.

Western

Burglary -- Three air conditioners, a kitchen sink and several lengths of copper piping were stolen Sunday from a house in the 2100 block of Pennsylvania Ave. by someone who entered through a rear door.

Baltimore County

White Marsh

Burglary -- Tools valued at $300 were stolen from a house in the 8100 block of Philadelphia Road between Aug. 21 and Sunday.

Burglary -- Someone broke into a car parked in the driveway of a house in the 1200 block of 63rd St. over the weekend and stole power tools valued at $1,850.

Parkville

Robbery try/stabbing -- A 27-year-old man was walking along Oakleigh Road near Oakleigh Court about 9:30 p.m. Saturday when a man armed with an unknown sharp object demanded his property. During the incident, the victim was stabbed and his assailant fled without getting anything property. The victim sustained a minor wound.

Towson

Stolen vehicle -- The driver of a blue 1999 Chevrolet Blazer reported stolen in the 1000 block of Deanwood Road Saturday was involved in a hit-and-run accident Sunday with another vehicle in North Baltimore. The impact caused the stolen vehicle to overturn and sustain serious damage. The vehicle righted itself, and the driver sped away. The vehicle had tags M537188.

Stolen vehicle -- A green 1996 Ford Crown Victoria with tags LSP 640 was stolen Sunday in the 6800 block of Loch Raven Blvd.

Cockeysville

Burglary -- Someone broke into High Tops Bar in the 2300 block of York Road through a rear door Sunday and removed an undisclosed sum of money.

Wilkens

Burglary -- Video games, DVD movies and a gold ring - all valued at $660 - were stolen early Sunday from the bedroom of a house in the 4400 block of Norfen Road by someone who entered while the occupants were sleeping.

North Point

Theft -- A 45-year-old Bowie woman and her daughter, 15, of Rosedale were detained Sunday when they attempted to leave J.C. Penney in the 7700 block of Eastern Blvd. without paying for several pieces of jewelry. The woman had identification and was released. The girl was released into the custody of her father.

Burglary -- Four aluminum rain spouts - all valued at $200 - were stolen Sunday from the exterior of a house in the 3400 block of Louth Road.
