Dinner theater to include potluck

St. Phillip's Episcopal Church and Annapolis Friends Meeting will offer dinner theater at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at 351 Dubois Road, Annapolis.

It will include jazz, ballads, blues and show tunes.

A potluck dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Guests are asked to bring an entree, salad or dessert of choice.

Community Church to hold yard sale

The Community Church of God will hold an indoor yard sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow at 306 Fifth Ave., SE, Glen Burnie.

Proceeds will be used to support missionaries, locally and abroad.

Grace Baptist to host back-to-school party

Grace Baptist Church of Sunset Beach will host a back-to-school party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow at 17 Somerset Road, Pasadena.

There will be crafts, games, Bible stories and lunch.

This event is free and for school-age children.

Woods Memorial presents Wood Stock

Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church will present Wood Stock 2006 at 7 p.m. tomorrow at 611 Baltimore Annapolis, Severna Park.

This event will be a celebratory concert with contemporary Christian music, bands and local artists.

All proceeds will benefit the Severna Park Assistance Network and the Annapolis Ministries.

The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for students.

String orchestra to hold concert

The 12th annual performance of the Summer String Orchestra will be held at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 308 Oak Manor Drive, Glen Burnie.

There will be a free will offering. Proceeds will benefit the church office makeover.

Jenkins Memorial to mark 75 years

Jenkins Memorial Church will hold its 75th anniversary celebration Sept. 10 at 133 Riviera Drive, Pasadena.

The celebration will begin with a special worship service at 10 a.m. followed by a luncheon at noon.

The program will begin at 1:30 p.m. to highlight the history of Jenkins Memorial.

Grace Baptist Church will host a Brotherhood Breakfast at 8 a.m. Sept. 10 at Grace Baptist Church of Sunset Beach, 17 Somerset Road, Pasadena.

Heritage Baptist to hold Golf Classic

Heritage Baptist Church will hold a Golf Classic at 9 a.m. Sept. 14 at Bay Hills Golf Club, 535 Bay Hills Drive, Arnold.

The cost is $55, and the package will include the greens and cart fee, a continental breakfast, lunch and tournament service.
