Kenny Rogers' career, which spans more than six decades and crosses into a variety of music genres, is still going strong. The man who first hit it big in 1977 with "Lucille," which went No. 1 in 12 countries, celebrated his 51st Top 20 single with "I Can't Unlove You," from his March release, Water & Bridges. He has found a permanent place in American culture, with acting credits and a chicken-and-ribs restaurant chain to his name. He plays the Filene Center at Wolf Trap with the Oak Ridge Boys on Saturday.
