As former Marine, Ravens running back can handle any role

He didn't revolt when the Denver Broncos asked him to switch to fullback despite being named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2000 after rushing for 1,487 yards and 15 touchdowns.

He didn't pout when his opportunity to reclaim the Broncos' starting running back position came to a painful end after he tore two groin muscles in the final preseason game in 2004.
