Two people die in 3-vehicle crash

Two people were killed in a three-vehicle accident south of Frederick yesterday evening, according to Maryland State Police. The vehicles collided about 5 p.m. at Routes 15 and 464 near Point Of Rocks, across the Potomac River from Virginia. Police said the crash involved two cars and a minivan, but otherwise divulged few details, saying the cause was being investigated late last night. Two people from one vehicle were pronounced dead when police arrived, and four from the other two vehicles were taken to hospitals.

Annapolis man gets 95 years in killing

An Annapolis man has been sentenced to 95 years in prison for the murder of a Baltimore man and the shooting of another in front of a Fells Point strip club last year, according to Baltimore prosecutors. Teon Hall, 28, was arrested Feb. 18, 2005, in the fatal shooting of Craig Morris, 32, at the Ritz Cabaret in the 500 block of South Broadway. In June, a jury convicted Hall of second-degree murder, first-degree assault and two handgun violations. At a hearing Friday, Hall was sentenced to 30 years for the murder charge, 25 years for the assault and 20 years each for the handgun charges.
