Banking and finance

Citizens National Bank announced the appointments of Alvin Campbell, Beltsville office, and LJ Humphrey, Van Dusen office, as vice presidents and branch managers for the Laurel-based bank.

Bradford Bank appointed John Kosmicki, formerly head of consumer lending with Baltimore County Savings Bank, as vice president of indirect auto financing.


Loyola College named Marc M. Camille vice president for enrollment management. He is responsible for the school's long-term undergraduate and graduate studies admission recruitment strategies.

The Maryland School for the Blind said Robin Churchill has joined the Northeast Baltimore specialty education school as chief financial officer.

Health care

Alba Therapeutics Corp. announced the appointments of Roberto N. Allen as senior director of legal affairs and general counsel, and Stuart D. Sedlack as senior vice president of corporate development for the Baltimore-based biopharmaceutical company.

Legal and insurance

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP admitted P. Terrence Gaffney to the Baltimore-based regional law firm as a partner in its Washington office. He will head the firm's pharmaceutical products group.


BreakAway Ltd. named Paul Mauritz executive vice president for corporate strategy and general manager of its federal systems division, Lawrence Bremner executive vice president of finance and operations, and Thomas Kingston as director of business development.


Comcast, the cable television and Internet service provider, appointed Sean Yackulak as vice president of engineering for its Maryland/Delaware region.

On the board

Iridium Satellite announced the election of Alvin B. "Buzzy" Krongard, former chairman and CEO of Alex. Brown Inc., to the board of directors of the Bethesda company.

Professional services

Warner Construction Consultants Inc. appointed Jodi L. Staub as an executive consultant for the Rockville-based firm. She is assigned to the scheduling division.

Sterling Partners announced that Jeffrey Schechter joined the Baltimore-based private equity firm as a partner and chief financial officer.

Clifton Gunderson LLP announced that Nick Davis joined the Baltimore accounting and consulting firm as a senior associate in its real estate practice.

Real estate

Liberty Property Trust appointed Thomas Wang senior marketing and development representative for its Columbia-based Maryland region.
