Volunteers invited to training sessions

The students benefit through additional support and encouragement to strive to reach their highest potential.

The volunteer program uses the talents of all interested citizens in the community.

To ensure that participants are adequately trained, volunteers are required to attend an annual training session before beginning a task or acting as a chaperone.

Training is offered throughout the school year at each Carroll school as well as regionally throughout the county.

All chaperones involved in overnight trips or activities will also be required to submit to a background check at least 30 days prior to the scheduled activity.

Anyone wishing to volunteer, can call the volunteer training coordinator at 410-386-1536.
