A Maryland Park Police lieutenant who used court-ordered community service workers and a bulldozer from Susquehanna State Park to work on his private property pleaded guilty in Harford County Circuit Court yesterday to misconduct in office and unauthorized removal of property.
Gary Lee Haslam, 46, of White Marsh, damaged the bulldozer while operating it on his personal property on Rocks Chrome Hill Road in Jarrettsville and charged the $2,210 in repairs to the state.
