The Ravens moved another step closer toward signing all their draft picks before the start of training camp when they reached an agreement yesterday with their fourth-round selection, receiver Demetrius Williams.
That leaves first-round pick Haloti Ngata as the only Ravens rookie without a contract. Talks are expected to intensify with the defensive tackle over the next couple of days.
