Biche, Jeneanne E. Pitcock

JENEANNE E. PITCOCK BICHE, age 92, most recently a resident of the Church of God Home in Carlisle, PA died July 24, 2006 in home. She was born October 13, 1913, in Hayfield, PA, daughter of the late Lloyd S. and Lena Bell Rundel Ingols. A former resident of Towson, Md and later Kingston, NY; Jeneanne worked as a dental assistant in Kingston and subsequently was the Director of Volunteers for Kingston Hospital for 17 years until her retirement in 1972. She was an active volunteer and officer in the Kingston Hospital Auxiliary. Jeneanne was a devoted volunteer for many other groups and charities in Kingston for more than thirty years. She was also a member of the Board of Directors for several organizations including: the Kingston Hospital Foundation and the Senior Citizens Home in Kingston, NY. She was a long standing member and Deacon of the Old Dutch Reform Church of Kingston, NY. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters; Margaret Pahler and Ruhama Dupay, both of Cleveland, Ohio and loving husbands; Karl L. Pitcock and Ralph F. Biche. Jeneanne is survived by three children: Lauren Pitcock and wife, Patricia, Baltimore, MD; Dennis Pitcock and wife, Karen, Ulster Park, NY & Judith Brown and husband, Lawrence, Enola, PA. Three step-sons: Donald Biche and wife, Barbara, Oakland, ME; Joseph Biche and wife, Christine, Mayfield, NY & Gerard Biche and wife, Patricia, Selkirk, NY. She was also the beloved "Nanny" to 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate Jeneanne's life will be held at the family's convenience in Kingston, NY and burial will be in the Hurley Cemetery, Hurley, NY. Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, Carlisle is handling the arrangements.
