RESTAURANT WEEK -- Baltimore Restaurant Week will take place through Friday at more than 60 city restaurants. Participating restaurants will offer a three-course meal for $30 and many will offer a two-course lunch for $20. Some downtown garages will offer parking for $3 after 5 p.m. or 877-BALTIMORE.


NAVY ALUMNI CONCERT -- The U.S. Naval Academy Band will perform its annual alumni concert at 7:30 p.m. at the Annapolis City Dock. The program will include former band members. Admission is free. 410-293-0263 or www.usna. edu/USNAB.


MOTORCYCLE RACES -- The Cockeysville Optimist Club and the Baltimore County Trail Riders Club will present motorcycle races at 7 p.m. in the Pony Ring of the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium. Admission is $10, $5 for ages 6 to 11; and free for ages younger than 6. 410-661-MOTO.

HARFORD FARM FAIR -- The Harford County Farm Fair will hold its opening day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Harford County Equestrian Center, 608 N. Tollgate Road, Bel Air. It will continue 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $7; $3 for ages 5 to 12 or $20 for a four-day pass. CARROLL COUNTY FAIR -- The 109th Carroll County 4-H and FFA Fair will open at 7 p.m. with a monster truck show. The fair, at the Agriculture Center, 700 Smith Ave. in Westminster, will continue from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday through Aug. 4. Parking and general admission is free. SALSA AND POLKA -- The Salsapolkalooza festival, featuring salsa and polka music, will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Creative Alliance at the Patterson, 3134 Eastern Ave. There will be food, arts and crafts, a sidewalk-chalk-drawing contest, and free dance lessons. GERMAN FESTIVAL -- The 106th German Festival will take place from noon to 10 p.m. at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium. The event will continue from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $5; $4 seniors; free for ages younger than 12 with a paying adult. 410-522-4144 or


ARTS AND ANTIQUES -- The Arts and Antiques Summer Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Worthington Gallery, 14924 Falls Road, Butler. Admission is free. 410- 472-9090.
