Nine-run 7th nearly caps rally from 10-run deficit against Rays

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- When the Tampa Bay Devil Rays scored their 10th run in the fifth inning last night at Tropicana Field, the scoreboard in right-center field had a brief hiccup.

For a few moments, the 9 turned into a 0, showing that the operators here don't get a lot of practice with double-digit innings.
