1st Mariner Bank named Elizabeth Sherman vice president and cash management sales manager in the Baltimore-based bank's business development center.

Maryland SportsCare & Rehab announced that Kelly C. Sullivan and Dawn Krietz have joined the staff of the Westminster physical and occupational rehabilitation facility. They specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.

Saul Ewing said Guido Galvez has joined the Baltimore staff of the regional law firm as a patent attorney.

Wise Metals Group appointed Danny Mendelson as executive vice president/chief strategic officer, Sam Glasscock to executive vice president/financial operations, and Phil Tays as executive vice president/plant manager.
