The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Riverside Business Park Lot 1

Location: On the northeast corner of Mercedes Drive and Brass Mill Road.

Developer: UCM-Preston Waters-One Mercedes Drive, LLC/FWA.

Description: Subdivide Lot 1 to create Lots 1A and 1B, 20.03 acres.

Riverside Business Park Lot 1B

Location: On the north side of Mercedes Drive, east of Brass Mill Road.

Developer: UCM-Preston Waters-One Mercedes Drive, LLC/FWA.

Description: Construct a 177,750-square-foot warehouse, 9.633 acres.

Davis Ridge

Location: North and south sides of Quarry Road, east of Old Pylesville Road.

Developer: Henry Wallas Heaps & Mary Harry Davis Heaps/L.G. Wolff Associates, Inc.

Description: Eight single-family lots, 41.939 acres.

Apostolic Voice of Truth

Location: North side of Nuttal Avenue, south of Trimble Road.

Developer: Robert and Noreenda Warlick/DSSPE-Engineering.

Description: Convert a portion of the existing residential dwelling into a church, 2.07 acres.

Bel Air North Village Lot 2

Location: Southeast corner of Spenceola Parkway and Rock Spring Road.

Developer: EP Bel Air Holdings, LLC/MRA.

Description: 3,750-square-foot bank, 1.27 acres.

Bel Air North Village Lot 3

Location: East side of Rock Spring Road (Route 24), next to future Lot 2.

Developer: EP Bel Air Holdings, LLC/MRA.

Description: 8,000-square-foot retail/service/restaurant site, 1.31 acres.

Bel Air North Village Lot 4

Location: East side of Rock Spring Road (Route 24), and the north side of Bynum Road.

Developer: EP Bel Air Holdings, LLC/MRA.

Description: 8,000-square-foot day care; 8,000-square-foot retail site; 3,000-square-foot restaurant, 4.29 acres.
