School board -- Baltimore County Board of Education will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Education Support Services Building, Room 114, 6901 Charles St., Towson. The board will hear reports on a new math, science and technology program for Chesapeake High School and a plan to cap enrollment at Chapel Hill Elementary School. 410-887-4126.

TOMORROW

Development review -- The Development Plans Review Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Room 123. The proposal is to build 96 single-family dwellings instead of 94 at the northwest side of Keeners and North Carroll Island Roads. 410-887-3321.
