Traffic restrictions set for Fourth

Use of streets in and around Baltimore's downtown will be restricted for commercial vehicles Tuesday, the Fourth of July, the city's Department of Transportation announced. The restrictions will be in place from noon to midnight.

No commercial trucks will be allowed on the following streets:

Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard from Interstate 395 to Fayette Street.

Fayette Street from Martin Luther King Boulevard to President Street.

President Street from Aliceanna Street to Fayette Street.

Pratt and Lombard streets from Martin Luther King Boulevard to President Street.

Interstate 395 from the Martin Luther King Boulevard split to Pratt Street.

Light Street from Pratt Street to the Key Highway.

Key Highway from McComas Street to Montgomery Street.

Hanover Street from McComas Street to Montgomery Street.

No tanker trailers will be permitted on downtown streets.
