WASHINGTON -- Have I gotten any bigger?"

At the end of a hard workout on a spring morning, Rudy Gay made a fist and flexed his right biceps. The 19-year-old sought affirmation about the weeks he logged in basketball boot camp, but the topic could have been his ever-changing stock in tonight's NBA draft.
