People on the Move

Stanton Communications, a Washington-based national advertising agency, appointed Matthew Pugh and Jessica Trzyna to account managers. They are assigned to the Baltimore office but also assist with professional staff development in the firm's New York and Washington offices.

Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander LLC announced that R. Michael Smith and Ian N. Berger have joined the employment law practice group of the Baltimore firm.

Manekin LLC appointed Robert D. Lentz as corporate controller for the Columbia-based commercial real estate and residential land developer.

84 Lumber Co., the national building supply chain, named Jason Seal as a designer in the Mount Airy store and Adam Weinhold as a manager trainee at its Timonium store.

Transportation

New England Motor Freight announced that Vincent Altieri was named manager of the international trucking company's Elkton terminal. He also will oversee the building of the firm's new terminal in North East.

Constellation NewEnergy, a division of Constellation Energy, announced the appointment of Martha A. Duggan as vice president of business development for its Mid-Atlantic region.
