On Thursday, May 25, 2006, at his home, FRANK C. TUTTLE, age 75, of Naples, FL. Mr. Tuttle had lived in Joppa, MD before moving to Naples in 1997. He was born in L'Anse, MI on September 6, 1930. He graduated from L'Anse High School. After graduation Frank and his buddy Vern Brown joined the army. After his service he worked at many sales jobs, Frank was transferred to Baltimore by the CNA Insurance Co. He ultimately founded along with his partner Mickey Darrell, Association Insureres Agency, Inc., in Baltimore, MD. Frank worked in the insurance industry for over 40 years, was a member of Apiga and a founding member of Pima, both professional insurance marketing associations. He was instrumental in forming and was on the board of directors of the Bank of MD. He was president of the Joppatowne Lions Club. A Mason for 40 years, a member of the Boumi Shrine, Baltimore, MD and past director of Baltimore Court #82, Royal Order of Jesters. An avid boater, Frank is a member of Baltimore Yacht Club in MD, Boumi Yacht Club, MD and Naples Yacht Club in Naples, FL. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cathy; son, Patrick Tuttle (Kathy), of Havre de Grace, MD; daughter, Lisa Petro (Matthew), of Cape Coral, FL; sister, Dorothy Loman; five grandchildren, Michelle, Drew, Kaitlyn, Chelsey and Kasey. Frank was preceded in death by his parents George and Mamie Tuttle and a sister Marie Baker. Burial took place in L'Anse, MI, on Jne 18, 2006. A Celebration of Frank's Life will be held at the Boumi Temple Shrine, 5050 King Avenue, Baltimore, MD, on August 9, 2006, at 7 P.M. Family, friends and business associates are invited to attend.
