A reception for the show, Opening Doors: Making A Difference, is planned from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. June 17. The third Kinetic Art Parade will kick off tomorrow's activities, which include the Howard County Rotary Clubs' cardboard Boat Float Regatta (www.HoCoBoatFloat.com). Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks' Sunset Serenades concert series begins Wednesday with a free concert by The Seldom Scene at 7 p.m. at Centennial Park.
