Aglow International meets tomorrow

Aglow International Outreach will conduct an outreach meeting from 10 a.m. to noon tomorrow at the Severna Park Youth Center, 617 Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. Helen Kleinsmith will give a presentation on her experience in the compassion group.

Strawberry festival and flea market

Jenkins Memorial Church will hold its annual strawberry festival and flea market from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow at 133 Riviera Drive, Pasadena.

A continental breakfast will be available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., and lunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Vendors and crafters are needed. The cost is $10 for a space with a table and $7 for a space without.

Sandwich, yard sale set for tomorrow

A pit beef sandwich sale and a yard sale will be held tomorrow at the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer to raise money for the Arundel House of Hope Resource & Day Care Center.

The yard sale opens at 8 a.m., and sandwiches will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church, 7606 Quarterfield Road, Glen Burnie.

The cost is $4 for a sandwich or $5 for a meal, which includes chips and a beverage.

Grace Baptist festival is Sunday

Grace Baptist Church of Sunset Beach will present a children's festival from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday at 17 Somerset Road, Pasadena.

The theme of the event is Kidsfest. Crafts, games and food will be featured.

The rally is to motivate children and sign up children to perform at Kidsfest at 10 a.m. July 8 at Oriole Park.

Heritage Baptist to dedicate choir loft

There will be an organ and choir loft dedication at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service at Heritage Baptist Church, 1740 Forest Drive, Annapolis.

This event will present the dedication of a Rogers Trillium 958 organ and celebrate the completion of the choir loft re-design project.

An organ demonstration concert will be given at 4 p.m. by Dan Miller.

This event is free and open to the public.

Pasadena United blood drive planned

A blood drive will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Pasadena United Methodist Church, 61 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena.

Anchor Baptist to hold car wash

Anchor Baptist Church will host a variety of events at 320 W. Pasadena Road, Millersville.

A teen carwash will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow. The annual carwash is to help defray the cost of attending summer camp.

The Heritage Singers will give a performance, and Hal Selstad will be the guest speaker for Sunday's service.

Men's breakfast and Bible study will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday. Registration is required.

Festival to mark church anniversary

St. John Lutheran Church will hold its 90th Anniversary Fun Festival from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at 226 Washburn Ave., Brooklyn.

Worship will be at 10 a.m.

There will be games, prizes, a moon bounce, face painting, raffles, food and music.

All are welcome to attend.

Unity by the Bay's `Healing Arts' event

A "Healing Arts Afternoon" will be held by Unity by the Bay from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at 836 Ritchie Highway, Suite 18, Severna Park.

St. Philip Neri holds Bible school

Vacation Bible school will be held by St. Philip Neri Catholic Church from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. June 19 to 23 in the Monsignor Zorbach Hall at 6405 S. Orchard Road, Linthicum.

This year's theme will be "Adventure of the Treasure Seekers" for children ages 5 to 12.
