Outlook -- Both teams enter the game coming off reality checks from last weekend's season openers. The Bayhawks, with few players returning from last year's Major League Lacrosse title-winning team, suffered a 17-11 loss to the Long Island Lizards. In a matchup of two of the four MLL expansion teams, the Machine squandered an early 4-1 lead in a 24-14 loss to the Denver Outlaws before a league-record crowd of 13,167 at Invesco Field. Midfielder Mike Mollot had three goals and an assist for the Bayhawks, and fellow midfielder Justin Redd and attackman Mark Millon (an MLL co-MVP in 2005) each added two goals and two assists. Timonium native and former Maryland star Chris Malone scored three goals for Chicago in the loss to the Outlaws. Machine attackman Kevin Leveille -acquired in the expansion draft from Boston -has 18 goals and three assists in five games against the Bayhawks.
