What it is -- Bite-sized pieces of gourmet ice cream wrapped in sweetened rice.

What we like about it --They look like little Easter eggs, but Bubbies mochi ice cream from Hawaii actually is a Japanese-inspired frozen treat. A gelatinous outer lay er (made with sweetened mochi, a short-grain rice) covers creamy ice cream in many dazzling flavors that include chocolate espresso, litchi, green tea and strawberry.
