Best Bets

Where -- RFK Stadium, Washington

When -- Tonight, 7:05; tomorrow, 1:20 p.m.; Sunday, 1:05 p.m.

What now? -- If fans from Baltimore didn't take the drive last weekend to see the Orioles play at RFK, the odds aren't good for a big crowd for the Los Angeles series. Tickets are available for all three games on Washington's Web site.

Run for the Nations

Where -- Ma & Pa Heritage Trail, 702 North Tollgate Road, Bel Air

When -- Tomorrow, registration at 8 a.m., youth race at 9 a.m., adult race at 10 a.m.

What now? -- This 4-mile run (or walk) will benefit a mission for Serbia-Montenegro. The cost is $3 for adults and children older than 7. Prizes will be awarded. For information, contact 410-960-7671.

Bike Jam

Where -- Patterson Park

When -- Tomorrow, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

What now? -- Despite the misleading name, this cycling expo has nothing to do with jellies. The main event is a 40-lap pro race. A stunt show, a casual "RecRide," live music, children's activities and a movie screening are among the other activities. Admission is free, but there are fees for races.

College Lacrosse

NCAA Final Four

Where -- Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia

When -- Tomorrow, 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.; Monday, 1 p.m.

What now? -- Maryland plays Massachusetts in the early semifinal tomorrow, and Virginia takes on Syracuse in the second game. Philadelphia is a longer drive than Washington, but the Terps are guaranteed to travel better than the Orioles did last weekend. And that's if you only count the players' parents. Tickets at the $25 and $35 levels are still available from or by calling 215-336-2000.
