State police distributed brochures yesterday at truck stops in Frederick and Howard counties, hoping to gain information in the homicide of a woman whose body was found along Interstate 70, authorities said.

The leaflets include a picture of the victim's back, tattooed with two dragons and, below, the words "Gypsy Rose," said state police spokesman Sgt. Thornnie Rouse. About 500 brochures will be circulated at two truck stations in New Market and West Friendship, Rouse said.

On May 4, the body of Dusty N. Shuck, 24, of Silver City, N.M., was discovered on the shoulder of the highway in Mount Airy, a few hundred yards from a rest area, police said.

Anyone with information about Shuck or the disposal of her body should contact the Frederick barracks of the state police, 301-644-4150.
