An article in Saturday's editions on a congressional probe into the FBI's investigation of the death of federal prosecutor Jonathan P. Luna misidentified an FBI agent who was promoted. Acting assistant Special Agent in Charge Linda B. Hooper was promoted before an internal investigation had been concluded.

An article in yesterday's editions gave the incorrect title for a book co-written by Laura Leedy Gansler, wife of Montgomery County State's Attorney Douglas F. Gansler. The book is Class Action.

The Sun regrets the errors.
