Rodrigo Lopez jerked his head back long enough to see where Brandon Inge's drive was likely headed. He couldn't bear to watch the ball's flight, so the Orioles starter stomped toward home plate and twice pounded his fist into his glove.

There has never been a more frustrating time for Lopez in an Orioles uniform. His winless streak stretched to seven outings last night when two pitches in the seventh inning ruined what was shaping up as a solid performance.

Tigers@Orioles Tonight, 7:05, Comcast SportsNet, 1090 AM Starters: Tigers' Kenny Rogers (5-2, 3.28) vs. Orioles' Erik Bedard (4-2, 4.54)
