A Harford County man was arrested early yesterday after a traffic stop revealed $25,000 worth of marijuana and cocaine in his trunk, authorities said.

Arvel D. Williams, 23, of the 500 block of Jamestown Court in Edgewood was stopped before 1 a.m. as he traveled south on Route 155 near Interstate 95 because the tint on his car windows appeared to exceed the threshold permitted by law, officials with the Harford County Sheriff's Office said.

A search revealed bags containing 1 pound of marijuana, 100 grams of crack cocaine and 127 grams of powder cocaine, the sheriff's office said. Williams was being held at the Harford County Detention Center.
