Mount Hebron senior midfielder Megan Bosica, last year's All-Metro Player of the Year, is enjoying another stellar season as the No. 1 Vikings continue their dominance in the area. Last week, Bosica had 10 goals and two assists in wins over Howard County foes Glenelg and River Hill, as the Vikings went into this week with a 10-0 mark and an 89-game winning streak dating to 2001.

Bosica, who has accepted a lacrosse scholarship to North Carolina, leads the team in scoring with 32 goals and 23 assists to increase her career totals to 194 goals and 88 assists.

Along with the impressive point production, Bosica controls the middle of the field with good vision and the ability to stay a step or two ahead of opponents.

Mount Hebron coach Brooke Kuhl-McClelland said her standout also has taken on more of a teaching role for the younger Vikings.

Others considered: Kelly Hickman, Chesapeake-AA, softball; Caity Whitely, St. Paul's, lacrosse; Julianne Roper, Western Tech, softball; Caity Whiteley, St. Paul's, lacrosse.
