Eric Pitts, Walbrook



STATS -- Eric Pitts, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound senior attackman and midfielder has been overwhelming against Baltimore City rivals, scoring 32 goals to go with 17 assists in seven games. Pitts is coming off a season during which he scored 69 goals and assisted on 32 to lead Walbrook to a 13-3 record and its first playoff win in school history.

SIDELINES -- Pitts had six touchdown receptions last fall as a second-year starting receiver in football. He averaged 16 points, four assists and three steals as a third-year starting guard in basketball, a sport in which Walbrook has won two consecutive city titles and the Class 4A state title in his junior year. Pitts was a drummer last spring in a quartet which toured the country, and also plays drums in the band at his church. He has played summer basketball with the Cecil-Kirk Recreation program.
