When Ted Theos was 16, he took a ship from his home in Greece for a trip to the United States, hoping to learn about his father, an American who had died three months before Theos was born.

Theos never did find out much more about his father, but that ship docked in Baltimore and so did Theos. And what Ted Theos found in Baltimore was his own life - one that has brought him Linda, his wife of 39 years, three daughters, two grandchildren and now a touch of fame as the co-owner of the racehorse Sweetnorthernsaint.
