Plan conference -- The Department of Permits and Development Management will hold a development plan conference at 9 a.m. in Room 123 of the County Office Building, 111 W. Chesapeake Ave., Towson, regarding four single-family dwellings at Turkey Point and Back River Neck roads. 410-887-3321.

Police Explorers -- The Baltimore County Police Department's Franklin Precinct will hold a Police Explorers meeting at 7 p.m. at the precinct, 606 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown. Explorers age 14 to 20 participate in activities that will prepare them for careers in law enforcement. 410-887-1610.

Community meeting -- A community meeting regarding 10 single-family dwellings at Church and Delight roads is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Reisterstown library branch, 21 Cockeys Mill Road. 410-887-3321.

Towson meeting -- To prepare for the June arrival of an urban design assistance team, Towson community leaders and county officials are holding a forum to discuss what residents and merchants would like to both preserve and change in Baltimore County's seat. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at Towson High School, 69 Cedar Ave. tomorrows towson.org.
