The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the County Council Chambers, 212 S. Bond St., Bel Air:

Singer Auto Center

Location: On the southeast side of B&O Road, north of Pulaski Highway.

Description: Carwash, 4.09 acres.

1603 Trimble Road

Location: South side of Trimble Road, west of Emmorton Road.

Hackley's Reserve

Location: West side of Fort Hoyle Road, south of Magnolia Ridge Drive.

Ally's Meadow

Location: South side of Trimble Road west of Joppa Road.

Location: South side of Harkins Road, west of Graceton Road.

Developer: Bay State Land Services/2902 Whiteford Road

Description: Grocery store, 5.395 acres.

Candlewood Plaza

Location: North side of Philadelphia Road (Route 7) northwest of Handlir Drive.

Developer: Frederick Ward Associates/Narayan LLC.

Description: Retail/service and hotel buildings, 3.73 acres.

Community Baptist Church

Location: South side of Philadelphia road (Route 7) opposite Mandeville Road.

Developer: Richardson Engineering LLC/Trustees of the Community Baptist Church.
