Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Central

Arrests -- Darryl Williams, 22, of the 2200 block of Aisquith St. and Anthony Whitley, 28, of the 1700 block of Judy Way in Edgewood were arrested yesterday morning at their homes by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on warrants charging them with armed robbery. They are accused of robbing a man in the 100 block of Market Place on Dec. 14.

Western

Shooting -- A 24-year-old man was shot in the head, right knee, left leg and groin about 6:15 p.m. Monday on a parking lot in the 1600 block of Mountmor Court and was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. No arrest had been made.

Northern

Robbery -- A 34-year-old loan officer was walking between two apartment buildings in the 900 block of Belgian Ave. about 7 a.m. Monday when he was attacked by three men, one armed with a handgun, and robbed of $300 and jewelry and other items valued at nearly $4,000.

Stolen vehicle -- A white 1989 Toyota Camry with tags 6AD J17 was stolen Monday in the 500 block of Gorsuch Ave.

Southern

Burglary -- Sunday night or early Monday, someone entered Carl's Little House in the 1100 block of S. Hamburg St. through the front door, broke into three poker machines and removed an undisclosed sum of coins.

Theft -- A circular saw valued at $200 was stolen Sunday from a 2001 Dodge pickup truck parked in the 1200 block of S. Charles St.

Burglary -- Two doors and an 18-foot ladder - all valued at $500 - were stolen Sunday from a house in the 1100 block of Ostend St. by someone who entered through a kitchen window.

Thefts -- A stereo radio valued at $320 was stolen Sunday from a 1990 Ford sedan parked in the 1400 block of Richardson St. In the 1300 block of Richardson that day, a combination radio/CD player valued at $1,000 was stolen from a 2000 Volkswagen.

Theft -- Someone entered a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier parked Sunday in the 300 block of Towson St. and stole a stereo radio valued at $250.

Stolen vehicle -- A green 1998 Plymouth van with tags 720M455 was stolen Sunday in the 3600 block of S. Hanover St.

Baltimore County

Franklin

Burglary -- Someone broke into Bill Bateman's Restaurant in the 100 block of Chartley Drive early Monday, entered the manager's office and stole an undisclosed sum of money, two computers and a video recorder.

Essex

Robbery/arrest -- Chaze Smith, 24, of the 8300 block of Schaffers Lane was arrested early Monday and charged with assaulting a man, 37, moments earlier outside a nightclub in the 10000 block of Pulaski Highway and robbing him of a watch. Smith also was charged with possession of marijuana and held at the county Detention Center on $50,000 bond.

White Marsh

Robbery -- A gunman broke into McDonald's in the 8400 block of Cordon Way about 3 a.m. Monday, waited until an employee arrived, then bound the worker with duct tape. The man stole money and drove away in the employee's 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier.

Burglary -- Someone entered a house Monday in the 1700 block of Ellenwood Road through a sliding glass door and stole two laptop computers.

Cockeysville

Burglary -- A Colt .357 magnum handgun, a pair of diamond earrings and computer equipment - all valued at nearly $22,000 - were stolen Monday from a house in the 19000 block of Cameron Mill Road.

Parkville

Burglary -- A laptop computer, cell phone, digital camera, tools, cash, a knife and medication - all valued at $4,300 - were stolen Monday from a house in the first block of Cedar Chip Court by someone who entered through a rear sliding glass door.

Burglary -- A chain saw valued at $60 was stolen from the rear porch of a home in the 3300 block of Upton Road between Friday and Monday.
