DOG SHOW -- The final day of the Cherry Blossom Cluster dog show will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cow Palace on the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium. BALTIMORE COUNTY SCHOOLS -- The Baltimore County School Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. to hear a report on English for Speakers of Other Languages programs, special education staffing and other items. WATERFRONT FESTIVAL -- The Baltimore Waterfront Festival, held in conjunction with the Volvo Ocean Race, will take place at the Inner Harbor's West Shore area off Light Street from noon to 9 p.m. It will continue Friday and Saturday from noon to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. Admission is free. 877-BALTIMORE or bop.org.
GARDENS DAY -- Towson Gardens Day will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Baltimore County Courthouse fountain plaza, West Pennsylvania and Baltimore avenues in Towson. Admission is free.

CRAFT FESTIVAL -- The 28th annual Sugarloaf Craft Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium. RECREATION EVENT -- The Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks' 2006 Recreation Explosion will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Druid Hill Park on the perimeter surrounding Swann Drive. It will continue Saturday from noon to 7 p.m.
