Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.

Baltimore

Northwestern

Arrest -- Darryl Foster, 20, of the 3400 block of Park Heights Ave. was arrested last week at his home by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with attempted murder. Foster was arrested April 13 and is accused of shooting Shane Sewell-Bey, 21, in the 3800 block of N. Rogers Ave. on April 11.

Central

Arrest -- A 67-year-old Reservoir Hill man charged in a warrant with attempted murder gave himself up yesterday to the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force. Royster Leach of the 2400 block of Callow Ave. is accused of shooting Dominic Henley, 16, during an argument Friday near Leach's home. Police said Henley was shot in the back.

Southwestern

Shooting -- A man, 28, was in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after he was shot in the right arm, abdomen and right hand by another man in the 900 block of Brunswick St. about 9:20 p.m. Monday. Police said the shooting appeared to be drug-related.

Burglary -- Tools, appliances, a generator and a medicine cabinet were stolen between Thursday and yesterday from a house being renovated in the 4600 block of Colherne Road.

Burglary -- A refrigerator and a gas stove were stolen between April 12 and Monday from a house under renovation in the 3600 block of Eversley Ave. by someone who entered through the front door.

Theft/arrest -- A man was arrested Sunday after he left the Super Fresh in the 2400 block of Frederick Ave. without paying for seafood and dairy products - all valued at $74. The man was captured by a store security officer who held him for district police. Charged with theft was William Morris, 41, of the 2600 block of Edmondson Ave.

Theft -- A 20-inch bicycle valued at $130 was stolen Monday from in front of a house in the 3000 block of Strickland St.

Baltimore County

Essex

Shootings/arrest -- Derek Robinson Jr., 20, of the 100 block of Alberge Lane was arrested Sunday night and charged with two counts of attempted murder. Robinson is accused of shooting a woman, 38, and a male, 16, outside a home in the first block of Alberge Lane, where the accused and victims attended a party. The victims were treated at two hospitals and released. Robinson was being held at the county Detention Center in Towson.

Burglary -- Three Kawasaki dirt bikes valued at $8,000 were stolen Monday from a garage in the 11200 block of N. Loreley Beach Road. On the street Monday, someone entered a shed and stole a Honda dirt bike valued at $3,000.

Theft -- A motorboat drive shaft valued at $2,200 was stolen between Thursday and Monday from a boat at Long Beach Marina in the 800 block of Chester Road.

Parkville

Robbery -- Police were seeking a gunman who robbed the Shell station in the 9200 block of Harford Road of an undisclosed amount of money about 10:30 p.m. Monday.

Cockeysville

Burglary -- Someone broke into a house in the 16000 block of Yeoho Road on Sunday and stole a set of silverware and a safe containing antique coins, $750 in cash, two handguns, three watches and ammunition.

Robbery -- A man, 19, was walking along Greenside Road about 10 p.m. Monday when two men, one implying he had a handgun, robbed him of property valued at $250.

Pikesville

Burglary -- An electric dryer valued at $500 was stolen Monday from a house under construction in the 2000 block of Willowcrest Circle.

Wilkens

Burglary -- Power tools valued at nearly $2,800 were stolen from a garage in the 1300 block of Sulphur Spring Road on Sunday or Monday.
