On April 12, 2006 DELORES "LOISIE" MITCHELL (nee Blake); daughter of Ruth Blake Ambrose and wife of the late James L. Mitchell; mother of the late Cheryl Blake, Darryl Skates, Stephanie Moses and Rodney Cousins. Survived by brothers, sisters, other relatives and a host of friends. Services will be held at Estep Brothers Funeral Service, 1300 Eutaw Pl., the wake at 10:30 A.M. on April 18 with the service immediately following. Interment will be in Washington, D.C. MURPHY of Litchfield Park, passed away peacefully at home, Saturday, April 15th, 2006. Born December 5, 1944, she is survived by her husband Joseph, father, Domenico Napoleon, sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Randy Richter, son, Sean Murphy, son & daughter-in law, Dan & Terri Murphy and grandchildren Devan, Tyler and Daylon. Gail had taught 1st and 2nd grade in New York for 22 years working especially with learning disabled children. She then spent 11 years teaching Kindergarten in Clarksville, MD at St. Louis Catholic School. After moving to Litchfield Park in 1999 she became involved in many Catholic charities. Visitation with the family will be from 5-8PM, Monday April 17, 2006 at Camino del Sol in Sun City West. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday April 18, 2006 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W Thomas Rd., Avondale at 10AM. Burial is at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery immediately following. The Murphy Family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our family and friends who have been so dear to us during this journey. May we all continue to give to each other the way that she gave to us. Memorial donations can be made to: Hospice of the Valley.
