On April 14, 2006, FRANKLIN E. HOLTMAN, SR., 69, of Stevensville, MD, died suddenly at his home. Beloved husband of Janice Holtman of Stevensville, MD, father of Franklin Holtman, JR., of Rising Sun, MD; Timothy S. Holtman of Ridgley, MD; Brian A. Holtman of Stevensville, MD and Laura A. Casey of Grasonville, MD; brother of three, grandfather of eleven. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at the Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home, P.A., in Chester, MD, where the family and friends may call 2 hours before.
