THE WILD

Rating -- G.

What it's about -- Zoo animals run off to Africa and discover life on the Wild Side.

The Kid Attractor Factor -- Cuddly critters, koalas and lions and a squirrel, battling wildebeests.

Good lessons/bad lessons -- "Friends stick together."

Violence -- Quite a bit of The Lion King variety.

Language -- Clean, with the odd bum joke.

Sex -- Naah.

Drugs -- No, no.

Parents advisory -- It's kid-appropriate.

PHAT GIRLZ

Rating -- PG-13.

What it's about -- Chunky ladies find love and self-esteem when they meet Africans who appreciate women who aren't "toothpicks."

The Kid Attractor Factor -- The sassy comic Mo'Nique stars, along with some buff men.

Good lessons/bad lessons -- As long as you're healthy, accept your body for what it is.

Violence -- Slapstick, threats.

Language -- Somewhat profane, you could say.

Sex -- A bit much, for a PG-13.

Drugs -- Alcohol has its role in the mating ritual.

Parents advisory -- Pretty sexual and crude for a PG-13, and it does seem to endorse gluttony and overeating.
