VIRGINIA COSTON, 65, died Tuesday, April 4, 2006, after a sustained bout with respiratory illness. Virginia lived in Westminster with her husband Robert Coston, for 27 years.; Known to many as "Ginny," she worked and retired from the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn in 1990. In that year she also formed ACP Development Center, Inc., an after school program at the Sinclair Lane Elementary School in Baltimore City that focused on youth development. The business (now ACP Learning Inc.), currently in it's 16th year of operation, has since expanded to several city schools. 'Sister Coston' was also instrumental in the planting of the Church of Christ in Woodlawn where her son, Elmer V. Sembly, III, is Minister. The family, church, and community have lost a warrior. Friends may call the WYLIE FUNERAL HOME P.A. of BALTIMORE COUNTY 9200 Liberty Road Friday from 6-8pm.
