MARY ELAINE TESCHEMACHER a former resident of Westfield, New Jersey passed away peacefully on March 20, 2006 at age 77 in Arlington, Virginia with her loving daughter Bonnie at her bedside. Mrs. Teschemacher attended Mount St. Agnes High School in Baltimore and later graduated from Rosemont College then went on to teach art classes at Notre Dame of Maryland. While in college she designed the Graduation Ring for the Class of 1951, which has remained the "ring of choice" over the years. Mrs. Teschemacher was also quite adept and highly regarded in the art of Watercolor. She later used this along with other talents as a successful interior designer for Dorette's, Inc. of Westfiled, New Jersey. Mary Elaine Eyring Teschemacher is the daughter of the late John F. Eyring, Sr. of Baltimore. Mr. Eyring with his father founded Eyring and Sons Company in 1887. The family business has built and designed many churches, synagogues, schools, theaters (most noted The State Theater), industrial buildings in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. Beloved wife of the late Mr. Frederick W. Teschemacher she is survived by her three children, Dr. Frederick W. Teschemacher, Jr., of Chatham, New Jersey, John R. "Jack" Teschemacher of Plano, Texas and Bonnie E. Hamilton of Arlington, Virginia as well as five grandchildren along with her brother Dr. John F. Eyring, Jr. and sister Eugenia F. Hasson. A Memorial Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Mary Elaine Teschemacher was held at Saint Mary's Episcopal Church, Arlington, Virginia, March 25, 2006.
