Baltimore

Eastern

Arrest -- Ricardo Watson, 34, of the 2300 block of McElderry St. was arrested at his home yesterday by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. Watson is accused of shooting Darren Green, 21, of the 1200 block of Pearleaf Court at the Somerset Court homes March 25 in the nearby 1200 block of Mapleleaf Court.

Arrest -- Police were in the 6900 block of Harford Road about 4 p.m. Tuesday and arrested Troy Dukes of the 3000 block of Echodale Ave. on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. Dukes, 37, is accused of shooting Edward Jeter, 28, near the victim's home in the 400 block of N. Luzerne Ave. on March 31.

Central

Robbery try -- A boy, 13, was walking in the 100 block of W. North Ave. about 3 p.m. Tuesday when an older male attempted to rob him of his cell phone.

Northeastern

Arrest -- Rodney Williams, 25, of the 3400 block of Cardenas Ave. was arrested yesterday morning in the 3400 block of Mayfield Ave. on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting March 21 of Benjamin Peterson, 43, in the 3400 block of Teresa Court.

Robbery try/shooting -- A 19-year-old man was walking in the 2400 block of Parkside Drive about 11 p.m. Tuesday when two men, one with a handgun, demanded his money. When the victim refused the order and turned to flee, the gunman shot him in the neck. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His condition was not available.

Northern

Arrest -- Tavon Cain, 20, of the 3700 block of Elmora Ave., was arrested Tuesday at his home on a warrant charging him with attempted murder in the shooting March 16 of Dominic Brooks, 18, a neighbor, in the 600 block of Homestead St.

Southeastern

Burglary -- At least $500 cash, $100 in coins, a pocket watch, keys and blank checks were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 300 block of S. Oldham St.

Theft -- A compact disc player valued at $250 was stolen Tuesday from a 1990 Toyota Corolla parked in the 200 block of N. Rose St.

Burglary -- Lawn-care equipment was stolen Tuesday from a shed in the 6600 block of O'Donnell St.

Theft -- A 1994 Toyota truck with tags 92R388 was stolen Tuesday in the 300 block of S. Bethel St.

Theft -- At least a dozen compact discs and $25 in cash were stolen Tuesday from a 2000 Ford Explorer parked in the first block of N. Decker Ave.

Western

Burglary -- Light fixtures, a door knob and a stepladder were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 2200 block of Clifton Ave.

Baltimore County

White Marsh

Burglary -- Two windows, a sliding glass door and a furnace - all valued at more than $2,000 - were stolen from a house under construction in the 4700 block of Rossford Circle between March 31 and Monday.

Essex

Burglary -- A black and red 2003 all-terrain vehicle valued at $6,500 was stolen Tuesday from the backyard of a house in the 4000 block of Rustico Road.

North Point

Burglary -- A maroon motorized scooter valued at $700 was stolen Tuesday from the rear yard of a house in the 7100 block of Eastbrook Ave.
