STATS -- The junior, who plays attack and midfield, had four goals and one assist through her first two games this season. A year ago, she finished with 17 goals and 13 assists.

SIDELINES -- Falcons coach Courtney Vaughn says Geiman is a far more confident player than a year ago and has improved the placement and speed on her shot. While lacrosse may be her best sport, Geiman has been a swimmer since she was 5, and she specializes in the 50-meter butterfly for her summer team. She's also a skier and a member of the National Honor Society, holding a weighted grade point average of 4.5 (out of 5.0). Her father, Brian, is a sergeant for the county sherriff's department.
