The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Council Chambers at 212 S. Bond St., Bel Air:

Lands of James E. Golley

Location: On the south side of Davis Corner Road, west of Prospect Road.

Developer: James E. Golley/Susan Golley/David Golley/Highland Survey Associates Inc.

Description: Revise Lots 2 & 3 and create Lots 6-13, 38.318 acres, AG.

Land of Vest -- Lot 2

Location: Southeast corner of U.S. Route 1 and Forge Hill Road.

Developer: 3340 Forge Hill LLC/Thomas Bartenfelder/Thompson and McCord.

Description: Retail trade/services-landscaping/lawn services, 3.316 acres.

Lands of John Street Davis -Lot 4

Location: North side of Davis Road, east of Rocks Road (Route 24).

Developer: Steven Wade Boyd/Thompson and McCord.

Description: Subdivide Lot 4 to create two additional lots, 7.808 acres.

Fallstaff Limited Partnership

Location: North side of W. Jarrettsville Road, west of Rocks Road.

Developer: The Fallstaff Limited Partnership/Wilson Deegan & and Associates.

Description: 23 single family lots, 150.42 acres.
