Holly Shiver

Holly Shiver is a former intern at The Sun and a magna cum laude graduate of Morgan State University, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in communications studies. Shiver enjoys writing about people's lives. In this issue of UniSun, Shiver writes about an increasingly popular outlet for local talent on the Internet.

J. Wynn Rousuck

J. Wynn Rousuck has been a member of The Sun's staff since 1974 and the paper's theater critic since 1984. Each summer since 1990, she has served on the faculty of the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's Critics Institute in Waterford, Conn. Before joining The Sun, she worked for The Cleveland Press and for Cleveland's fine-arts radio station, WCLV-FM. Rousuck writes about a young woman from Baltimore who appears in Oprah Winfrey's presentation of The Color Purple on Broadway.

Stan Stovall

Stan Stovall, 53, has been with WBAL-TV (Channel 11) for two stints totaling 18 years. He also has worked in St. Louis and Philadelphia. In a first-person essay, he writes about how he discovered the loss of his sight in one eye and how he is a part of a public campaign that talks about vision care.

Rashod Ollison

Rashod Ollison is The Sun's pop music critic. He writes about jazz trumpeter and composer Roy Hargrove, who has a CD coming out this year.
